Digital strategy

Know what to dofirstand with whom.

Your positioning, your image, your online presence, the tools and suppliers to pick. We help you decide, quotes in hand, with an engineer who has no stake in whether you sign.

Where we step in

What to build, in what order, with whom. And above all, what not to build this year.

  • Positioning & roadmap

Who you're talking to, what sets you apart, what goes online first. We write a dated roadmap, including what we're putting off and why.

  • Brand image

Tone, visuals, consistency across your website, sales documents and social accounts. When the site no longer keeps up, we say so, and we can rebuild it.

  • Community management

Which networks deserve your time, what to post, how often. We write the editorial line and the calendar, and we can post on your accounts ourselves. To go faster, an AI drafts the posts from your own material, we schedule them, and you decide who reads them before they go out: you, us, or nobody for routine posts.

  • Tools & suppliers

CRM, invoicing, hosting, agency. We compare them on your criteria: cost over three years, how easily you can leave, where the data lives. Then we tell you which one we'd pick in your shoes.

Weighing up a quote

A €200k quote, a choice of stack, three agencies promising the same thing at prices that vary threefold.

Answer within 5 working days
  • Step 1

    You send us the quote

With the specification if there is one, and your exchanges with the supplier. We'll sign an NDA if you want one.

  • Step 2

We read it line by line

Estimated effort, unstated assumptions, missing items: acceptance testing, hosting, maintenance, getting the code back when the contract ends.

  • Step 3

    You get a written opinion

Item by item, what holds up and what's inflated. Plus the questions to put to the supplier before you sign.

  • Step 4

    You decide

This supplier, another one or nobody. If we're bidding for the project ourselves, we tell you upfront and don't give an opinion.

What never changes

  • You talk to the engineer

The person who reads your quote is the person who answers you. No salesperson in between.

  • The deliverable is yours

Roadmap, comparisons, opinion on a quote: pass them on to anyone, including the supplier in question.

  • We know how to say no

If the quote is fair, we'll tell you in two lines. If the project doesn't need to exist, we'll tell you that too.
