Projects and calendar
A task board per project, from "to do" to "done", each task assigned to someone. The shared calendar shows the whole team's deadlines.
Stock and orders
The history of every item: stock in, stock out, adjustments. The tool suggests what to reorder, and receiving an order updates the stock by itself.
A team, and a trail
Each member has their own account and permissions. Every change is logged with who made it and when. And everyone gets a digital business card to share.
