Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies.
If you switch theme (paper or ink), your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage, only because you asked for it. It is never sent to us. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you requested, so it does not require consent. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic with CausalIT, our own tool, served from our own domain (first-party). No third party has access to this data.
CausalIT works without cookies or any identifier stored on your device. Your IP address is never stored. Only aggregated statistics (page views, referrers, device type) are kept, for 13 months.
This set-up meets the criteria laid down by the CNIL, the French data protection authority, for exempting audience measurement from consent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Server logs
For each request, our servers record the IP address, the date, the requested URL and the user agent (browser). These logs are used solely for security and incident diagnosis, and are kept for 12 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Your emails
When you write to us, we process the information you give us (name, email address, company, message) in order to reply. It is kept for as long as the exchange lasts, then for 3 years after the last contact, as part of business-to-business prospecting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying and maintaining the business relationship.
Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible only to FI-DATA and, as technical processors, to the hosting providers listed in the legal notice. It is never sold, rented or transferred.
Servers are located in Germany, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom. Switzerland and the United Kingdom benefit from European Commission adequacy decisions, so no additional safeguards are needed for these transfers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise them, write to contact@fi-data.fr. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
